Here is a sampling of James S. Parker Collection images located at Bronzeville Historical Society.

A grant from the The Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelly Foundation provided funded for metadata of more than 400 images that highlight properties in the Bronzeville community that were demolished between 1940 and 1970. Each image chronicles the destruction of properties with a storied past. The Broadening Narratives strategy grant was awarded in November 2021.
